The present Petition has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] impugning the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North, Rohini Courts, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, the suit as filed by the Petitioner under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC has been rejected by the learned Trial Court. 2.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 3.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. The liberty as sought for is so granted.
