Mr. Aranyak Pathak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. 2.

He submits that the petitioner shall make payment of the balance amount to the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA"), in terms of the Allotment-cum-Demand Letter. It is further submitted that in case a fresh cause of action arises, he may be granted liberty to approach the Court again.

Needless to state, in case there is any fresh cause of action, a party always has the liberty to approach the Court for adjudication of their disputes.
