In substance, the Petitioner prays for grant of notional increment for the period of service from 01.07.2016 to 30.06.2017 (date of retirement). The Petitioner claims benefit of various judgments passed by the Courts.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered positively within a period of six weeks from today.

Today is the first date of hearing of the present writ petition. In view of the fair stand taken by the Respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's claim made in the present writ petition within a period of six weeks from today.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
