The Petition under Section 29A (4) read with Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by six months w.e.f. 29.03.2024, on which date, it has expired. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

In view of the submissions made, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by six months from 29.03.2024. 4.
The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
