By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of one year for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award in the arbitration proceedings titled as "P.K. Advertising Services Pvt. Ltd. v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi".

Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 21.05.2024.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 7.

The Arbitral Tribunal entered the reference on 18.05.2022 and pleadings were completed on 07.11.2022. The statutory time for passing the award expired on 22.11.2023 and with the mutual consent of the parties the time was extended till 21.05.2024. 8.

It has been submitted that the matter is at the stage of final arguments of the parties.

Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of one year from 21.05.2024.

10. In view of the submissions made, the present petition stands disposed of.
