The present application seeks early hearing of the present petition.

Centre, disputes have been settled amicably.

They submit that the mediation settlement agreement has been executed on 20.09.2024 between the parties and one, Mr. Manish Kumar Thakur.

They submit that in terms of the settlement, there are certain obligations which are still required to be fulfilled by both the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file a petition for quashing of the FIR at a later stage when the obligations are fulfilled by the parties.

9.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
