% 09.06.2020 This writ petition is filed for appropriate directions to provide police protection to the petitioner from respondents no.3 to 9 and also to take legal action against them. It is submitted though the complaint was filed against the said respondents on 20.03.2020 and FIR was registered on 21.03.2020 but despite the registration of the FIR no action has been taken against the accused till now as they are politically connected and they continue threatening complainants; passing derogatory caste remarks.

It is submitted by the learned ASC for the State appropriate action has already being taken against respondents no.3 to 9 and even statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has since been recorded. It is further submitted the mobile nos. of the Investigating Officer and the SHO of the concerned Police Station have since been given to the complainant and in case the complainant feel threatened may contact the concerned IO and SHO for safety. It is also assured by the learned ASC for the State any further complaint made by the petitioner shall

be dealt with in accordance of law.

In view of the submissions so made, the petition stands disposed of. Pending application(s) also if any, also stands disposed of.
