to the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 07th September, 2023, and take a decision thereon within a period of six weeks. The grievance of the Petitioner is that despite the above directions, no decision has been rendered on the Petitioner's representation. 5.

Counsel for Respondents states that they will take a decision expeditiously.

In light of the above, the present application is disposed of with a direction that the concerned Respondents, who are competent to take a decision on the Petitioner's representation, must decide the same within a period of four weeks from today.
