The hearing has been conducted through video conference. 2.
The petitioners are seeking a direction to the Ministry of Human Resources and Development (Department of School, Education and Literacy) to provide online mindfulness classes viz. meditation, yoga and relaxation to the students to release the stress, anxiety and depression due to COVID-19.

After some hearing, the petitioners present in person through video conference agree that this petition be treated as a representation to the Government and the Government should consider the same and take a decision in respect thereof.

In view of the above, the copy of this petition be treated as a representation of the petitioners to Ministry of Human Resources and
Development and the same be considered and a decision thereon be taken by the Ministry within a period of four weeks from today. 5.
Mr. Jasmeet Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government, should be the part of the committee which shall consider and take a decision in terms of this order.
6.
The copy of the decision taken by the Government be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks of the decision. 7.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 8.
