% 10.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of the selected candidates for the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Services) and consequently, directing the respondent to correct the marking in 100 Meter running and pole climbing.

The admitted fact is that after the petitioner was not selected by the respondent, he has not made any representation challenging the selection before the respondent.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation within two weeks and on receipt of the representation, the respondent is directed to decide the same within two weeks, thereafter and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week in writing.

I hereby make it clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision taken, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
