% 16.06.2020 [Hearing held through video conferencing] 1.
The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking bail on an interim basis on the ground that his wife is suffering from fibroid uterus and there is no other person to look after her.
2.
A status report has been filed, which indicates that inquiries were made from the father of the petitioner. It is reported that he is engaged in agricultural work along with his two other sons (brothers of the petitioner aged about 24 and 22 years). Both the brothers of the petitioner are married and are living with their respective wives along with their father. The petitioner's wife is also reported to be residing with them. It has been verified that she has certain medical issues. However, no date has been fixed for any surgical operation.
3.
It is thus, apparent that there are number of relatives who can look after her and it is not necessary for the petitioner to be released for the
aforesaid purpose.
4.
It is also seen that the petitioner had moved an application seeking interim bail on the same grounds (Bail Application No.114/2020) but had not pressed the same. He had requested that the same be treated as his petition for regular bail and the same is pending. 5.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. However, this Court considers it apposite to direct that the petitioner's petition for regular bail (Bail Application No.114/2020) be listed at an earlier date. 6.
List the said petition (Bail Application No.114/2020) on 09.07.2020. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JUNE 16, 2020 MK
