This is an application seeking early hearing of the instant bail application.

In the usual course, the matter is listed for hearing on 18.08.2020. 4.

The captioned application has been filed by Mr. Nadeem Khan, Advocate on behalf of the petitioner.

4.1 Mr. Khan says that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the petitioner in place of Mr. Mohit Bhardwaj, Advocate. 5.

Issue notice.

5.1 Mr. Hirein Sharma, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

5.2 Mr. Sharma says that he does not wish to file a reply to the captioned application as he has no objection to the prayer made in the captioned application being granted.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the captioned application is allowed. 7.

Bail Appln. No. 1165/2020 is taken up for hearing. BAIL APPLN. No.1165/2020 8.

Mr. Khan says that he has received instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the captioned bail application with liberty to approach the Court at an appropriate juncture i.e. when a date is provided by the concerned doctor for performing the surgery on his grandmother's left knee. 9.

Accordingly, the captioned bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the petitioner was to file a fresh bail application, the same will be examined at that juncture as per law and the circumstances prevailing at that point in time.

Consequently, the date already fixed in the matter i.e. 18.08.2020 shall stand cancelled.
