This petition, styled as a public interest litigation, has been preferred for the immediate removal/suspension/dismissal of Sh.Atif Rasheed, who is a member of National Commission for Minorities. Without even joining Sh. Atif Rasheed as party respondent, all canons of allegations are made against him.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, with proper parties, averments and W.P.(C) No.3419/2020

prayers.

In view of this limited submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceedings before the appropriate tribunal/authority/forum/court, in accordance with law.
