Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in furtherance of last order of the predecessor bench, he received written instructions over email from petitioner for seeking permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings. The printouts of email submitted by learned counsel are taken across the board. The same be scanned and made part of the proceedings.
