After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far as prayer (i) is concerned, the grievance does not survive looking to the latest development of the fact that now the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi has already issued order dated 8th W.P.(C) No.3448/2020
June, 2020 containing the direction regarding carrying out tests for asymptomatic patients.

Now, the only other prayer in the petition is prayer (ii) which reads as under:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus for constituting a Monitoring Committee for looking into the mismanagement in the health care sector at the ground level which is in direct violation of Article 14 to Article 21 of the Constitution of India and also in conflict with various representations & assurances made by the respondent to the public at large."

With regard to the aforesaid prayer (ii), learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they may be given liberty to assist the Amicus Curiae appointed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3250/2020 by giving the relevant information or suggestions to him.

In view of this limited submission, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn and the petitioner is granted liberty as above, to assist the learned Amicus appointed by this Court in W.P.(C) No 3250/2020 which is pending before this Court.
