Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 525/2023 of PS Kanjhawala for offence under Section 420 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has settled the disputes with the petitioner. 3.
Learned ASC accepts notice and contends that the offence being compoundable under Section 320 CrPC with the permission of the court, the present petition is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
