Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the grievances ventilated in this writ petition have been brought to an end in light of the latest development of the fact that now the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi has already issued an order dated 8th June, 2020 thereby W.P.(C) No.3442/2020
directing all departments and authorities concerned of NCT of Delhi to ensure that monitoring/treatment is not denied to any patient on the ground of not being a resident of NCT of Delhi.

In view of this limited submission and also looking to the order issued by Hon'ble LG of Delhi dated 08.06.2020, this petition does not survive. We expect that the said order dated 08.06.2020 be implemented in its true letter and spirit by all the concerned.
