A perusal of the paper book reveals that the Petitioner has made a number of representations to the Respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') alleging unauthorized construction being carried out in Old Rajinder Nagar area and WEA, Karol Bagh.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-MCD states that action has been taken against the properties mentioned in the representations made by the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner, who appears in-person, states that he has not received any response till date to the representations dated 22nd June, 2023 and 12th July, 2023.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent-MCD to decide the Petitioner's representations dated 22nd June, 2023 and 12th July, 2023 by way of a reasoned order in accordance with law within four weeks.
