By way of the present application, the applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 30 days in connection with FIR No. 719/2023 dated 14.05.2023, registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar, Delhi, under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, Mr. Vineet Jain, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 3.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties are kept open to be urged in any future application that may be filed, in accordance with law.
