Mr. Satish Kumar, the learned APP appearing for the State submits that seven prosecution witnesses, who are the eye witnesses of the case, i.e. PW- s.no. 1 to 7, are yet to be examined and bail application be considered after examination of the said witnesses. 2.

the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh when these witnesses are examined.

In view of the same, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the examination of the seven witnesses that are PW- s.no. 1 to 7.

However, the learned Senior Counsel submits that in case the above witnesses would not be examined within three months, he would file a fresh bail application.

Permission to withdraw, with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 6.

The present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
