Petitioner seeks unblocking of the electronic credit ledger, intimation of which was furnished to the petitioner by e-mail dated 19.04.2022. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the blocking of the account which was done by e-mail dated 19.04.2022, has been recalled and the account has been unblocked. He however submits that by a subsequent order dated 06.06.2023, the account has once again been blocked.

Learned counsel of the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been communicated any order dated 06.06.2023. He however seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to impugn the order dated 06.06.2023 as also the earlier action taken by the respondent of blocking the account.
