By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 452/2015 under Section 302 IPC registered at PS Sultan Puri. 2.
Allegations against the petitioner are that on 10th May, 2015 the petitioner committed murder of his wife by strangulating her neck by a plastic rope in his house. He locked the house and reached the Police Station where he handed-over the keys of the house and narrated the incident.

Petitioner seeks interim bail primarily to look after his old parents and minor children.

A status report has been filed. As per the status report, the parents of the petitioner were found residing at the address mentioned, however the OPD slip of the father dated 14th May, 2020 did not reveal any specific ailment except hypertension. Even on visit the parents of the petitioner were found not suffering from any ailment. As regards the four minor daughters BAIL APPLN. 1199/2020
of the petitioner whom the petitioner wanted to take care, it was found that all the four minor daughters were residing with their maternal grand-parents and not with the petitioner's parents.

Considering the facts verified, this Court finds no ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
