The present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. Allow the present Writ Petition and issue writ, order or direction to Respondents Transfer the petitioner to some other jail from Tihar Jail No. 2; OR b. Allow the present Writ Petition and issue writ, order or direction to Respondents Transfer the prisoner Naveen Bali to some other jail from Tihar Jail No. 2;

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a representation with respect to prayers sought in the present petition before the competent authority at the first instance.
