The parties have amicably resolved their inter-se disputes and have arrived at an oral settlement.

In terms of the oral settlement, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against defendants no. 1 and 2, in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the plaint.

Since all the impugned works of the plaintiff have already been taken down from various platforms, the relief sought in prayer clause (c) already stands satisfied.
