The only contention of the learned counsel representing the Petitioner is that the Petitioner‟s technical bid has been rejected by the Respondents without disclosing any reason.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that there is no objection to supplying the reasons for the rejection of the Petitioner‟s technical bid.

In view of the above, the present Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to supply the reasons for rejecting the Petitioner‟s technical bid within a period of one week from today. 4.
