% 12.11.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners along with the petitioners who are present in person has apprised this Court that the learned Predecessor Bench of this Court vide order dated 15th July, 2024 had quashed the FIR bearing No.67/2018 dated 29th March, 2018, registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar and the proceedings emanating therefrom with a direction to petitioners to plant 15 trees each at Jasola, Delhi for wasting judicial time in the instant case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has apprised that the petitioners have complied with the aforesaid direction passed by the learned Predecessor Bench.
