The primary relief sought by the petitioner is that the application dated 16.09.2022 filed on behalf of the petitioner for change in Constitution of petitioner's proprietary firm i.e., M/s Pioneer Paper Products from Partnership to Sole Proprietorship be decided by the respondent. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the said application along with other connected representations shall be expeditiously disposed of by way of a reasoned order, and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner. 3.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition. The same is accordingly, disposed of.
