By the present petition, the petitioner prays that the application filed by her before the learned Mahila Court seeking interim maintenance be decided expeditiously. 2.

The petitioner had filed a complaint under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 way back on 19.07.2021.

The application seeking interim maintenance is yet to be decided even though the learned Mahila Court initially had granted an ad interim maintenance of ₹50,000/-. 4.

It is pointed out that the judicial file of the learned Mahila Court has been missing.

the learned Mahila Court to reconstruct the judicial file expeditiously and pass an order in regard to the interim maintenance without any further delay and without granting any unwarranted adjournment to any of the parties. 6.
