Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. Petitioner is exempted from filing the attested affidavit in support of the application at this stage and the same be filed within two weeks of the resumption of the normal Court functioning.

CRL.M.A.11835/2020 (modification of order dated 30th June, 2020/extension of interim bail) 1.
By this application, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner, in terms of the order of the Full Bench of this Court MUKTA GUPTA 19:31:45 BAIL APPLN. 1198/2020
dated 13th July, 2020 in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 titled as Court on its Own Motion Vs. State and Ors.

The petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court for a period of eight weeks on the medical condition vide order dated 30th June, 2020. The said interim bail has expired on 28th August, 2020. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the decision of the three Judges' Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 on 13th July, 2020, the said interim bail be extended.

The Full Bench of this Court in a reference has extended the interim bail of all the accused granted prior to 17th March, 2020 as also thereafter till 31st October, 2020. In view of decisions of the Full Bench in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 dated 13th July, 2020, 24th July, 2020 and 24th August, 2020, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is further extended till 31st October, 2020.
