The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed seeking extension of time in filing the affidavit of apology of Ms. Kavita Keshwani.

Fifteen (15) days time period is granted to the Applicant for filing of the said affidavit of apology.

In compliance of the order dated 15th August, 2024, a sum of Rs.50,000/- has been paid to Ms. P through her brother's account. Ms. P also The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. confirms that she has received the said sum of Rs. 50,000/-. 6.
Further, a sum of Rs. 50,000/- also stands deposited with the Delhi Police Welfare Fund of the Delhi Police and a FDR for the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- has also been deposited with the Worthy Registrar General of this Court. Let the said FDR be kept in safe custody. Upon Ms. P attaining majority, she would be free to approach the Court by way of an application in this case, for release of the said amount in her favour. 7.
Let Ms. Keshwani file her affidavit of apology by 15th September, 2024.

If the same is not complied with, the Registry is directed to list the matter before this Court.

No further orders are called for. The present writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 01st August, 2024.

The applications are allowed in the above terms and disposed of accordingly.
