The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 2.

This petition is filed for interim bail for sixty days on the ground of marriage of son of the applicant, which marriage is fixed for 29.06.2020. The role ascribed to the present applicant is of catching hold of the deceased while her elder son had given sword blow on the head of the injured/deceased. Admittedly the elder son of the applicant is still in jail. The marriage card has been verified by the local police of PS Basouli and local village head (pardhan) of village Hardaspur, District Badayun. The marriage is fixed on 29.06.2020. 3.

The status report also shows there is no previous criminal antecedents of the applicant herein. In the circumstances the applicant herein is admitted on interim bail for a period of one week w.e.f. 27.06.2020 to attend the marriage of her son on her executing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Duty MM. The surety of the like amount shall be furnished by the applicant within a week of the learned Trial Court

resuming its normal functioning. However, if the period of interim bail expires before the learned Trial Court starts/resumes its normal functioning and the applicant surrenders, then there shall be no need to furnish the surety before it. The petitioner is also directed to keep open his location application in his mobile at all time and would not influence the witness and try to contact with them. 4.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms. 5.

Copy of this order be sent electronically to the learned Trial Court / Jail Superintendent for compliance.
