% 10.05.2024 CRL.M.A. 14548/2024 (seeking modification of order dated 10.04.2024) & CRL.M.A. 14549/2024 (exemption) 1.
The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 10.04.2024 whereby the petitioner was directed to be released on furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to a very lower income group and is unable to arrange for the surety because of which he has not been able to avail the benefit of this Court's order dated 10.04.2024.

He submits that on an earlier occasion also when the petitioner was released on furlough, similar condition was modified by this Court vide The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order dated 21.11.2023 passed in W.P.(CRL.) 2047/2023. 4.
In view of the above, the order dated 10.04.2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be released on furlough for a period of three weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- and cash surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. 5.
However, the other conditions mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 10.04.2024 shall continue to remain in force. 6.
