Mr. Nair, learned counsel for the appellant states that for the present case, he will be satisfied if the interim order passed by the learned Arbitrator under section 17 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 dated 05.03.2025 be communicated to the concerned Sub-Registrar. 2.
Additionally, he states that there are some factual errors in the impugned order dated 05.03.2025 for which he shall move a formal application which shall be adjudicated by the learned Arbitrator in accordance with law.

It is directed that the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the learned Arbitrator be served to the concerned Sub-Registrar and the application for correction of the factual errors in the order dated 05.03.2025to be filed by the appellant will be considered by the learned Arbitrator in accordance with law.
