This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for production of her daughter. 2.

Daughter of petitioner is produced in Court today who submits that she would like to go to her parents' house. Accordingly, her custody is handed over to her mother (petitioner's wife) who is present in Court. 6.
