The present writ petition seeks the following prayers: "(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to initiate actions on the complaint of the Petitioner and to provide protection to the Petitioner from dire consequences;

(c) Issue directions to Delhi Development Authority to refrain from entertaining any third party for freehold, till the final disposal of the present writ petition..."

On a query put to the petitioner who appears in person, she states that the complaint dated 11.03.2024 is made against her erstwhile counsel to the Bar Council.
