The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.169/2015 under Section 323/354B/509/34 IPC registered with PS Sarita Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 2.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 2 is present in the Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has resolved all her disputes with the petitioners and does not wish to pursue the present FIR against them. She further states that there were certain disputes between her immediate family and the petitioners (who are her cousins) and the said disputes have also been resolved.

She joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and identified by their counsel. They undertake to this Court that they shall respect all women, uphold their dignity and shall not misbehave with them in any manner. They also volunteer to pay costs of ₹25,000/-.

In view of the statements and the undertaking made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No.169/2015 under Section 323/354B/509/34 IPC registered with PS Sarita Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The petitioners shall deposit a sum of ₹25,000/- with Delhi Police Martyrs' Fund within a period of two weeks from today and deposit the proof of the same with the Registry of this Court within the aforesaid period. 7.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements/undertaking recorded herein.
