% 10.04.2019 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accept notice. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that his Original Application being O.A. No. 1619/2015 has not been heard. The petitioner has assailed his Compulsory Retirement in the said Original Application. The normal date of retirement of the petitioner is 31.08.2019. The petitioner is desirous that his Original Application is decided before the said date so that, in case he succeeds, he is able to re-join his post and retire honourably. The said Original Application is pending since 16.04.2015, and it appears that the same has been adjourned from time to time primarily on account of the long

cause-list of the Tribunal. The next date in the said Original Application is 15.05.2019.

In these circumstances, we request the Tribunal to endeavour to hear and dispose of the said Original Application on the next date. Neither party shall seek nor be granted any undue adjournment. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
