The petitioner has filed this application for amendment of the writ petition and for impleadment of new respondents. 2.
The amendment includes a challenge to vires of certain provisions of the Development Control Regulations and the Master Plan for Delhi, 2021.

parties, and seeking such reliefs as he may be advised, including the relief sought in the present writ petition, as a consequence of challenge to the constitutionality of the legal provisions aforementioned. 4.
With the consent of learned counsel for Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"], the petition is taken on Board, and is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. All pending applications also stand dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations with regard to maintainability or merits of any proceedings which may be filed by the petitioner.
