% 25.01.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition challenging suspension order bearing No. CRWC-I/Estt/Misc-15-16/4366 dated 08.01.2016.

A perusal of file reveals that Para 5 of the petition captioned 'grounds' is left blank.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as application with liberty to file a fresh petition.

As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
