% 27.04.2026 By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole which was granted vide order dated 06.02.2026 in W.P.(CRL) No.3169/2025.

In light of order dated 09.01.2026 of this Bench in Vikram Yadav vs. State (NCT of Delhi) made in W.P.(CRL) No. 75/2026, a plea for extension of parole would require to be filed in the petition in which the parole was initially granted.

The present petition is accordingly not maintainable. The petition is accordingly disposed-of granting to the petitioner liberty to file for extension of parole by way of an application in W.P.(CRL). No. 3169/2025.
