RC.REV. 216/2019 & CM APPL No.16640/2019 After some arguments it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the petitioner is granted some more time to vacate the premises and the petitioner would not challenge the impugned order on merits. After some discussion it is agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner the petitioner will vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2020 subject to the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month to the

respondent as user/occupation charges w.e.f. 01.05.2019 till vacation. The user/occupation charges shall be paid on or before 7th day of each calendar month. Electricity and water charges shall be paid as per actuals. Any default in the above terms shall entail the eviction forthwith. Usual undertaking shall be filed within a week from today. The petition and pending applications stands disposed in terms of above.
