The duly attested copy of affidavits and court fee shall be filed within one week of the resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. CONT. CAS(C) 290/2020 1.

The hearing was conducted through video conferencing. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has failed to handover the peaceful vacant possession of the tenanted premises after dismissal of this appeal on 20.05.2020 and has also failed to pay the costs imposed by order dated 20.05.2020. He, however, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the competent executing Court for physical eviction of the respondent as also for recovery of the costs imposed by this Court.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
