% 20.01.2016 CRL.M.A. 992/2016 (Exemption) Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of accordingly.
W.P.(CRL) 181/2016 & CRL.M.A. 991/2016 (Stay) Mr Jamal Akhtar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel (Crl.), on advance notice, states that in view of the circumstance that the petitioner is an eighty year old man who is apprehending threat at the hands of the respondent No.4 to 6, the police has already taken a decision to provide adequate protection to him. The beat constable of the concerned area shall also be sensitized in this behalf. The telephone number of the SHO of the concerned police station as well as the beat constable shall be provided to the petitioner in order to enable him to contact the police in the event of any threat or apprehension. Ordered accordingly.
With the above directions the writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that the present order will not be considered as an
