By virtue of the present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner inter alia seeks the following reliefs:

Direct Respondent No.1 to 4, to delete the LOC opened against the Petitioner;

i.

Set Aside the Order dated 23.03.2026 passed by Ld . JMFC-05, East District, Karkardooma Court whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person; ii.

Protect the liberty of the Petitioner by directing Respondent No. l to 4, not to take any coercive measure of detaining the Petitioner in the above FIR;"

However, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
