% 16.02.2017 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of attending marriage of her niece, which is scheduled for 18th February, 2017. Address of the petitioner as well as factum of marriage of petitioner's niece have been verified by the respondent.
In the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of three weeks from the date of her release, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Jail. After expiry of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner under the signatures of Court Master.
