9. The petitioner seeks transit bail to join investigations in case FIR No. 0121/2020 registered under section 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station: Thanesar, Kurukshetra, Haryana. 10.Mr. Anil Grover, the learned AAG for the State of Haryana, states that all the Trial Courts in the State of Haryana are functioning through electronic mode and the petitioner could well move an application for the relief sought in this case. 11.Be that as it may, since the petitioner expresses constraint of moving to the Courts in Haryana at this stage, therefore, he is granted 10 working days to move an appropriate application before the relevant Court. Mr. Grover states that, in the interim, no coercive measures will be taken against the petitioner subject to the petitioner joining the investigations through electronic mode whenever so required and to physically join the investigations when free movement is permitted or feasible.
