A Leave to Appeal under Section 378(3) of the Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/CBI to challenge the Judgment of Acquittal dated 26.11.2019 by the learned Special Judge in case RCNo.DAI-2014-A-0012DLI. 2.
Learned Prosecutor on behalf of the CBI submits that all the Prosecution witnesses had fully corroborated the case of the State in regard to the giving and acceptance of bribe which was fully corroborated by the scientific evidence, despite which on minor contradictions, the benefit has been extended to the Respondent.
