% 20.01.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.PC filed by the petitioner for challenging the order dated 02.01.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge whereby the directions were given for registration of FIR. On advance notice, Mr. Akshai Malik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has appeared and submits that the petition has become infructuous as FIR has already been registered.

Counsel for the complainant is also present in person and has handed over a copy of the FIR. That being so, the petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
