O R D E R
% 27.04.2026 1.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time. 2.
Sufficient opportunity of hearing was afforded by the Authority, who has passed the impugned order i.e., Order-In-Original dated 29th December, 2025.
3.
Not only the order is a speaking one, but also there is enough material to connect the petitioner to the issue-in-question. 4.
Since the petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy available, we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction. 5.
The petitions, as such, fail and stand dismissed. 6.
We grant liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to an appeal, if so advisable.
7.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
