% 09.07.2020 Pursuant to last order dated 19.06.2020, Mr. Amit Peswani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Nandita Rao, learned ASC for the State, has forwarded a copy of notification dated 25.06.2020 whereby inter alia the petitioner has been granted emergency parole for a period of 08 weeks.

Although no one is present on behalf of the petitioner, considering that the only prayer in petition was for release of the petitioner on emergency parole for 08 weeks, nothing survives in the present matter.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
